Travelling from Galway, take the N59 through Moycullen and Oughterard on to Clifden. Turn right in Clifden to continue on the N59 towards Leenaun and take a left turn for Cleggan.
From Castlebar take the N5 to Westport and then the N59 to Leenaun. Turn right before Clifden for Cleggan.
Citylink run buses from Galway daily. For timetable information go to www.citylink.ie and select the Galway - Clifden service. This bus leaves from the Foster Street bus station in Galway City. It is possible to link up with the Dublin bus at this station.
All ferries to Inishbofin depart from Cleggan pier, and the journey takes 30 minutes.
On Inishbofin turn right at the end of the pier. The hostel is situated 700 metres from the pier on the road to the east village.
